What we collect

We collect information you give us directly: your name, business name, contact details, and the content you provide for your website (via the brief form, edit requests, bookings, and reviews). We also collect publicly available business information (such as a business's public social media pages) when researching prospective clients.

How we use it

We use this information to build and manage your website, send you service emails and reminders (for example invoices, booking confirmations, and draft-review links), process payments, and contact prospective clients about our service. We do not sell personal information.

Marketing and contact

If we contact your business about our services, we do so using publicly available business contact details, and every message includes a simple way to decline or opt out. If you tell us you are not interested, we will not contact you again.

Third parties we rely on

Limited information is shared with service providers that make the system work: our hosting provider, database provider, email delivery provider, payment processor (card details are handled by the processor, never stored by us), and SMS provider where used. Each provider has its own privacy and security practices.

Storage and security

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep, such as invoices). Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
